the undisputed queen of chinese audiophile music is back with yet another smouldering hot audiophile cd! this time, cai qin covers classic hits by legendary singers such as jacky cheung, dave wang jie, angus tung and phil chang. anticipation runs highs as these songs are the best songs in the chinese pop history, can cai qin outdo the original singers?
from what we read, it is recorded in one-take using some esoteric microphone and mastering is done in germany.
is it another best-seller in the making? we are waiting with bated breath. watch out for a review here!

wah, your standards very high leh... these are all classic songs you know ;-)
lol, maybe she can do a good job bring new life to these songs. But i'm quite phobia with pop ballads like 用心良苦,吻別,一場遊戲一場夢,假如我是真的,為了愛夢一生,海上花,其實你不懂我的心 mainly cause of personal taste.I always not attracted to the chart songs except few songs like 情書，棋子 etc.
I think lot of DIVA have covered them before in audiophile arena.
But still wait for your review before decide. :) and patiently wait for your CD.
Just got myself a copy - actually I've never heard of Cai Qin but then I can't read Chinese. Seeling for HKD99 here for the CD+DVD combo pack.
